• Sign in with the short code we email you — there is no password to remember. New accounts start on a free tier, so you can look around before paying.
• Open the workspace and describe the result you want in your own words.
• Alggoo answers with a plan: the steps, why each one is there, and what it is expected to cost. Read it, change it if you want, then approve it.
• While it runs you can watch every step and steer it. The outcome, the files it produced and the record of how it got there stay in your workspace.

• Left rail — your conversations, your task packs (work you hand over to run in the background), and your skills.
• Centre — the conversation itself, with an activity record of what was actually done.
• Right-hand drawer — the files that were written for you, and the exact change made to each one.
• Usage — how much of this month's engine allowance is left; the workspace warns you before it runs out.
• Account — plan, usage, invoices, payment method and trusted devices.

In the workspace, open Settings → Help → Keyboard shortcuts for the full list. Every shortcut below can be changed there.

• Current plans and limits are on the pricing page; what you are on and what is left this month is on the account page.
• Prices are shown in EUR and exclude VAT. The rate that applies to you is worked out at checkout from your billing location, and the tax is itemised before you confirm.
• Subscriptions renew automatically — monthly, or every three months on the quarterly cycle — and you can cancel at any time; the paid period stays available until it ends.
• The full billing, VAT and refund wording lives in the support centre and the refund policy.

Where do my files and results go? Everything the engine writes lands in your own workspace folder. The right-hand drawer shows the exact tree and the change made to each file, so you can check the work and take the files with you.

What happens when I run out of allowance? You are warned when 10% of the month's allowance is left. Once it is used up the engine pauses until the next period starts, and the workspace shows how to carry on with a higher plan.

Can I share or publish a skill? Skills belong to you. Sharing, publishing or moving one is your decision, and the evidence of how it performed stays attached. See the skill ecosystem and the skill marketplace page.

How do I cancel? From the account page at any time. Your paid period stays available until it ends — see the refund policy.

Where is my data, and is it used for training? Alggoo is operated by Amokum B.V. in the Netherlands, and services and user data stay in Europe. Workspace content is private by default and is not used to train models or to show advertising — see the privacy policy.

Is there an API, or can I run it myself? Alggoo is a hosted workspace rather than a self-hosted product, and we do not currently sell standalone API keys or on-premise deployments. The public endpoints we do expose are listed in the developer documentation.

Alggoo is operated by Amokum B.V. in the Netherlands, and the engine, orchestration, metering and workspace are all built in-house. The engine is the company's main patented product: technology patented in Europe by Amokum B.V. Services and user data stay in Europe. Its research programme pursues Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) as its primary focus and Artificial Superintelligence (ASI) as a long-term objective.
