How are the two custom systems priced?
The research lab framework and the perception centre are quote-only. Pricing follows the scope: the number of institutes, sites and integrations, plus the service levels you require.
How does the institutional tier work?
It is contract-based. We start from the listed baseline configuration and agree the final scope, integration plan and service levels in writing before delivery.
How do invoicing and procurement work?
Invoices are issued in EUR by Amokum B.V. in the Netherlands. VAT follows the reverse-charge rules for your country, and we can work with your purchase-order process and a data-processing agreement.
Can the frameworks run inside our own infrastructure?
Yes. They are delivered as downloads and can be deployed and operated on your own infrastructure, with the subscription covering updates and new versions.
Do education and research institutions get special terms?
Public education and research institutions are quoted individually. Write to ops@alggoo.com from your institutional address and we will prepare the offer.
