Every subscription includes the workspace, the planning engine, collaboration, search and the full audit trail, together with the usage limits printed on the plan card. The systems listed under Personal practice, Companies and business and Organizations and institutions are delivered with the subscription at no extra cost.
All prices are in EUR and exclude VAT. The rate that applies to you is calculated in checkout from your billing country, and the tax amount is itemised on the invoice.
Quarterly billing covers three months and saves 5% against paying monthly. The subscription then renews every three months until you cancel.
The workspace warns you when 10% of the monthly allowance is left. Once it is used up the engine pauses until the next period begins, and the workspace shows how to continue on a higher plan. No reminder emails are sent — the notice appears on the page and in the workspace.
Yes — subscriptions renew at the end of each monthly or quarterly period. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
Card payments and the local payment methods offered by Stripe in checkout. Stripe processes the payment; Alggoo never stores your card details.
